Construction Site Services - RECYCLING PROCEDURE

In order to make the recycling process most efficient, CSS asks that you sort your uncontaminated* scrap materials and pile them neatly curbside (we will review potential areas with you when we make our initial site visit). Collection containers are also provided for some of the items. The standard separation categories are:

  • drywall
  • wood, OSB, MDF
  • asphalt shingles, cement siding, ceramic ceiling tile, concrete block, brick, asphalt pieces
  • cardboard (in provided collection area)
  • metals (in provided collection area)
  • other trash (in provided trash container)

Painted or otherwise contaminated materials can be accepted, for an additional fee.

The site manager or lead builder is responsible for communicating this Procedure to anyone working on the project.

We provide all of your ground products (mulch, soil amendment, aggregate) free of charge for your use on-site (see products), though we can remove the materials off-site upon request.
